The class has helped me to focus on my health. Linda’s part has been a reminder of quality foods, given me even more information and has raised the idea in my mind that food choices can affect OTHER food choices—which I hadn’t really thought about before—that one positive food choice changes the chemistry for improved food choices in a few hours. This is huge for me. I look forward to our last class and exploring Linda’s book/website as I move into the summer. Thank you both for your contributions to my learning, growth and health. Good day! —Barbara Langlais |
