Kathleen Macferran

Kathleen Macferran is a Certified Trainer of Nonviolent Communication and offers Nonviolent Communication (NVC) training to schools, community groups, churches, hospitals, families, correctional officers, and prison inmates. • Protective vs. punitive use of force is used if necessary
