Full Description
Once we have been "bitten by the NVC bug," most of us yearn to be part of a connected, vibrant NVC community to celebrate our own learning, and to contribute to the growth of others.
Take this course and learn how to:

- avoid common pitfalls that NVC organizations encounter early in their development that undermines their success,
- build resilient relationships that stand up to the interpersonal challenges of organization building,
- take best practices from the business world and apply NVC principles for maximum effectiveness,
- fundraise as much money as you need to achieve your goals using partnership approaches,
- and identify and inspire the people who can help you build your organization.
Sadly, while we come together with great enthusiasm, often our hopes are dashed by the inherent challenges of creating an organization that stands the test of time -- for example, being triggered by one another and having our empathy reserves overrun... or simply lacking the necessary organizing skills.
Through my twenty years of organizing experience, I have discovered a formula for creating NVC communities and developing organizations that works.
